About me

As a child in Uganda, I grew up seeing herbal remedies used for various ailments ranging from the common cough to malaria. Over the years, l witnessed a gradual decline in the use of these remedies, in favour of modern drugs. There seemed, however, to always be a remnant of fractions of the populace that still held true to the 'old ways'.

I moved to the UK in 2012. The fascination with the power of plants, as well as the call to herbalism, did not leave me but instead grew steadily. There was a part of me that wanted me to embrace this path, but l was somewhat holding back from embracing it. The sheer scale of the 'calling' and what it entailed, seemed to me, an enormous responsibility to bear. This was to all change when l enrolled on a course and completed training as a herbalist with COE in 2021. The rest as they say is history. My passion is seeing people not only reclaim but also be in control of their health and healthcare, and utilising the amazing benefits of natural botanical medicine.

The love and fascination of plants is a long drawn-out affair. Seeing the effects on myself, my children, and my clients is a constant reminder of the incredibly powerful therapeutic abilities of plants. Utilising them to aid clients on their own path to vitality, that is absolutely rewarding, to say the least.
