A. Payment And appointment cancellation/change policy
In-person appointments at The Yoga Tree Norwich, require no less than 48 hours change/cancellation.
Payment for initial appointments must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. If it is not received 48 hours before the appointment, it will be cancelled automatically.
Initial appointment cancellations in no less than 48 hours will not be eligible for the entire consultation fee.
Herbal medicine costs as well as post charges must be paid for in full before postage.
Followup consultations at the Yoga Tree Norwich, are subject to the no less than 48-hour change/cancellation rule. Follow-up online/telephone and home visits require no less than 24 hours' notice.
The above payments are to enable clients on the waiting list to have the earliest opportunity to be seen and as a courtesy to my time.
